Max Bergmann

I'm a software engineering student based in Johannesburg, drawn to projects that actually do something tangible rather than staying theoretical. Most of what I build comes from wanting to understand a layer one level deeper than I currently do — whether that's a build system, a rendering pipeline, or just how a language actually executes underneath the syntax.

Right now that means spending a lot of time in Qt and C, while planning my final capstone project — a software application for detecting infrastructure defects.
